About Me
Fueled by lifelong experiences of non-ordinary reality, I've embarked on my personal spiritual heroine’s journey that integrates ancient rituals, and western psychology traveling to global sacred sites and receiving healing from South American shamans and Curanderas. My passion for self-discovery, and collective healing informs my work as a shamanic practitioner, intuitive, spiritual guide, and psychotherapist, all while honoring the wisdom of my mentors, sages, ancestors, mother nature and the cosmos. I can only bring to others what has been healing for me.
My graduate academic training is from Columbia University, University of Rochester and the University at Buffalo. I am a licensed psychotherapist and certified shamanic practitioner through the Foundation for Shamanic Studies. My studies and trainings are many and varied, including Internal Family Systems with Dr. Richard Schwartz, Jungian Analytical Psychology - C.G. Jung Institute Zurich, Usui Reiki - Betsy Debany, Hindu Kirtan - Krishana Das, Vinyasa Yoga, Psychedelic Integration -MAPS, The Institute for Archetypal and Cross-Cultural Studies- Dr. Clarissa Pinkola Estes, Wim Hof, Mediumship - Karen Miraldi & Michael Diamond, Sacred Sound instruments - Joseph Schmidlin, Earth Based Psychotherapy - Monique Lang, and Archetypal Consulting -Carolyn Myss, Past Life Regression - Brian Weiss
In my spare time, I’ve served on various community boards including youth and under privileged music and arts developmental programs, and supported those during war time crisis in healing circles. I love to travel and immerse myself in different cultures meeting new people, to be in nature, hiking, swimming, playing. Spending time with myself in stillness, and time with my family are energizing forces for my life and my soul.
