About Me

Fueled by lifelong experiences of non-ordinary reality, I've embarked on a spiritual quest that integrates Eastern and Western traditions, ancient rituals, and modern psychology. My passion for self-discovery, and collective healing informs my work as a Shamanic practitioner, intuitive, spiritual guide, and psychotherapist, all while honoring the wisdom of my mentors, those who came before me, mother nature and the cosmos.

My graduate academic training is from Columbia University, University of Rochester and the University at Buffalo. I am a licensed psychotherapist and certified shamanic practitioner through the Foundation for Shamanic Studies. My studies and trainings are many and varied, including Internal Family Systems with Dr. Richard Schwartz, Jungian Analytical Psychology C.G. Jung Institute Zurich, The Institute for Archetypal and Cross-cultural Studies, Sacred Sound training, and Archetypal Consulting.
